Thoughts about quitting smoking

There are numerous ways to quit smoking. First, one has to feel the inducement to give up this addictive habit. Smokers need to identify whether or not it’s a nervous habit, a social need, or a way to release strain and stress. Once you’ve made the choice to stop smoking, there are steps to help you on the way. When going to social events, try to go to non-smoking establishments.
